1. Happy With Bargain Host

Price is very competitive. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to explain all fixes. I have had support issues but if you go through the help desk, responses are very speedy. I have never had to wait more than 1 hour for a response. So can only rate them highly based upon what I have paid. On the basis of using them no more that three months I would recommend. I am now in the progress of upgrading though to the top package.

3. Bargain Host Disappointment

When bargainhost is up and running its fine, but when there is a problem - its a big problem. I would not recommend it if you have a site that needs complete reliablity. Support is reasonable until something goes wrong, and then you will hear very little. Sites have been down for days this year, with scant communication.
