1. UK2 Woes

Good Points: Very cheapUK BasedTechnical support is quite good and often prompt to respond   Bad Points: Server security infrastructure very unstable and easy to hack, which caused perpetual problems in the shape of php restrictions.Customer support is appalling.UK2 Billing system very insecure, which leaves it open to credit card fraudCompletely unsuitable hosting for businesses of any kind General comments: I was attracted to UK2 because of the special offer they were running on their Ecommerce package (half price for the year). I wish I had never seen their offer, because since getting involved with them I have had nothing but trouble. Their shared AND dedicated servers are riddled with security flaws, so you end up with php errors all over the place. To resolve them you need to raise a support ticket and wait for the technical team to respond. To their credit, they are fairly prompt and helpful, but after your 10th ticket in one week, it's just embarrassing.My worst criticism of UK2 though has to be their personal data and credit card
