I could write reams about this, but just search on Google for 'Webfusion downtime' or 'Pipex downtime' and you'll get the idea. My own blog is currently at #1 in a long list of angry resellers and webmasters.  In my opinion it is all down to part of the agreement that essentially, and in places literally, states that if there are problems it is YOUR responsibility to point it out to them, and if it's their fault, tough, they are not liable, even if they or their staff are negligent!  Truth, read the small print of their Terms & Conditions!
